Key Summary: Genofin Technologies provides quantitative market analysis, mathematical models, and non-custodial copy-trading portfolio integration. We never hold custody of your capital or private keys. All trades execute inside your personal Binance Futures account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at genofin.tech (the "Site"), our quantitative models, social channels, or participating in the Genofin Binance Copy Trading portfolio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and our services.

2. Non-Custodial Architecture & Services

Genofin Technologies ("Genofin", "we", "us", or "our") develops autonomous mathematical execution algorithms, specifically the Walkure quantitative engine, which operates on digital asset derivatives venues.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Zero Fund Custody: Genofin is strictly a software and algorithmic modeling provider. We never take custody of, hold, manage, or transfer your digital assets, fiat currencies, or private keys.
  • Exchange Execution: All copy trading is conducted directly through the Binance Copy Trading platform on your personal Binance Futures account. Your account security, 2-factor authentication, and withdrawal rights remain solely under your personal control.
  • Independent Operation: You may pause, modify leverage, adjust capital allocations, or terminate copy trading replication at any moment directly within your Binance interface.

3. No Investment or Financial Advice (NFA)

All content, historical metrics, market research, telemetry, and simulation tools provided on genofin.tech are strictly for informational, educational, and quantitative research purposes.

GENOFIN DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. No communication from Genofin should be construed as an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell digital assets or derivative contracts. You are strongly advised to conduct your own independent due diligence and consult with licensed financial professionals before allocating capital.

4. Inherent Risks & Market Volatility

Digital asset derivatives (perpetual futures, options, and margin trading) carry significant risk of capital loss. Market prices can fluctuate violently in short time horizons.

  • Past Performance Disclaimer: Past simulated or audited trading performance is not an indicator or guarantee of future returns.
  • Leverage Risk: Although the Walkure engine enforces conservative isolated margin rules (1x to 8x leverage caps), trading with leverage multiplies both potential gains and losses.
  • Execution Slippage & Latency: In extreme volatility or exchange liquidation cascades, copy-trading orders may experience slippage, network latency, or partial fills governed by Binance's infrastructure.

5. Performance Sharing & Fees

Genofin does not charge upfront subscription fees or recurring software license costs for copy trading access. Copy trading participants are subject only to Binance's native lead trader profit-sharing model:

  • A performance fee of 12% of net realized profits generated by the Walkure strategy is automatically deducted by Binance only when your copy account is in net profit.
  • If no net profits are produced, zero performance fees are collected.
  • Standard Binance exchange trading commissions and funding rates apply as determined by Binance.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary quantitative source code (including the Walkure execution pipeline, statistical indicators, ATR bands, and order-routing logic), the "Genofin" wordmark, the "GF" monogram, the DNA cross icon, the official motto "TRUST FROM RESPECT", website visual designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Genofin Technologies.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, automated scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of our models, code, or brand marks is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genofin Technologies, its founders, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, system outages, third-party exchange downtime, or data corruption arising from your use of the Site or copy trading services.

8. Governing Law & Amendments

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your continued access to the Site or active copy trading replication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
